Company Profile of CHARLES WILSON ENGINEERS LTD

Charles Wilson Engineers Limited was created as the result of a partnership between Charles Gallagher and David Wilson in 1979. The company began trading from a single location in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. It has since expanded and become a renowned hirer of main plant and small tools with twelve depots covering the UK stretching from Liverpool to Crawley and Bristol to Ashford in Kent with five depots sited within the M25.

The Harpenden depot was opened in November 1979 followed by:

Hayes in November 1982
Sidcup in November 1984
Stratford in October 1986
Borehamwood in September 1988
Kentish Town in October 1988
Crawley in July 1993
Wandsworth in August 1994
Birmingham in July 2002
Liverpool in October 2003
Ashford in May 2004
Bristol in July 2007
