Company Profile of PETERBOROUGH CRANE HIRE Peterborough Crane Hire was established in 1981 by Stuart Smith with the purchase of a 25 tonne telescopic mobile crane.
From one crane the company now has 20 cranes ranging from 12 tonnes to 200 tonnes.
The largest of their cranes is the Demag AC200-1 with 100 metres under the hook. They also operate a Demag AC100-1 and ranging down to a Grove AP415 'low headroom crane' for factory work.
Their cranes are backed up by our transport and service departments.
Stuart oversees the day to day running of the company assisted by brother Trevor on the hire desk.
From inception to present day they endeavour to provide a first class service.
